01 / OWNERSHIP
What you will own.
Own technical strategy, architecture and engineering leadership across all six products. Build the leads who take hardware and software from prototype to field validation.
02 / SKILLS
What you bring.
- Delivered integrated hardware and software for UAVs, robotics or defense systems.
- Depth in C++/Python, embedded Linux, edge AI and distributed systems.
- Experience with ROS 2, PX4/ArduPilot, MAVLink and sensor integration.
- Systems engineering, interface definitions, verification and secure development.
- A record of hiring and developing technical leaders.
03 / ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Useful experience.
- Radar or sensor-fusion experience.
- Prototype-to-production experience and defense program exposure.
WORKING TOGETHER
We look for independent ownership, clear written communication, practical judgment and honest reporting of limitations and test results. Role-specific access requirements and field responsibilities will be discussed during the process.
