01 / OWNERSHIP
What you will own.
Own the flight-test program, test plans, range coordination and safety review, supporting planned Ukraine field testing in Q2 2027.
02 / SKILLS
What you bring.
- UAV flight-test planning and execution.
- FAA Part 107 and waiver/COA procedures for U.S. operations.
- Risk assessment and range coordination.
- PX4/ArduPilot telemetry and log analysis.
03 / ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Useful experience.
- Military flight-test or counter-UAS experience.
WORKING TOGETHER
We look for independent ownership, clear written communication, practical judgment and honest reporting of limitations and test results. Role-specific access requirements and field responsibilities will be discussed during the process.
