Your application
ACTPROVE is operated by Menuo Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States. Menuo Inc. is the controller of the application information collected through ACTPROVE careers. Contact contact@actprove.com about your information or the recruitment process.
Applying is voluntary. Fields marked required are needed to review the application; optional fields may be left blank. We cannot review an incomplete application, but you can contact us if you need an alternative way to apply.
What we record
- Your name, email, current city/country, role selection and availability.
- Your resume, profile and portfolio links, experience, motivation and role-specific answer.
- Your answers about U.S. work authorization, sponsorship and preferred working arrangements. These questions are not a request for citizenship, passport or immigration documents.
- Application reference, submission time, privacy-notice acknowledgement, a pseudonymous anti-abuse identifier, recruitment status, relevant communications and reviewer notes.
Send only work you have permission to share. Do not include sensitive personal records or confidential, classified or export-controlled material in your application.
How we use it
We use the information to assess relevant qualifications, communicate about the role, arrange interviews, discuss work arrangements, prevent misuse and maintain recruitment records. We rely on steps you request before a potential contract and legitimate interests in managing recruitment, with legal obligations applying where relevant.
The application form validates required fields and applies anti-spam limits. It does not automatically score candidates or make hiring decisions. Applications are reviewed by people. We do not use application materials to train ACTPROVE product models.
Applying does not subscribe you to marketing or create an indefinite talent-pool profile. If we want to keep your information beyond the stated recruitment period for future opportunities, we will ask separately where required.
Access and storage
The website submits your application through a server to Supabase. Records and PDF resumes are private and accessible to authorized people involved in recruitment or administering the service. Vercel handles the web request. Email providers handle subsequent correspondence.
The current Supabase application project is in the United States. International processing and your applicable rights are explained in the Privacy Policy. Partnership with another company does not by itself authorize sharing your resume with it.
Six-month retention
For an unsuccessful or withdrawn application, we retain the application, resume and associated notes for up to 6 months after the last recruitment contact. If there is no later contact, the submission date starts this period. A process that remains genuinely active is kept while it is being handled.
A longer period may apply to records needed for a specific legal claim or a mandatory recordkeeping requirement. Such records must be limited to that purpose. If you join us, only relevant information is transferred to employment or contractor records under the applicable notice and retention rules.
Access, correction or withdrawal
You may withdraw your application, correct a mistake or request access or deletion by emailing contact@actprove.com. Use your application email and include the reference if you have it. We may retain specific records where law requires it and will explain any applicable restriction.
Acknowledging this notice does not waive your rights or require consent to unrelated uses. Your rights, verification process and complaint options are described in the Privacy Policy.
Application adjustments
If you need an adjustment or an alternative application format, contact us. Explain the practical adjustment you need; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis in the public form. Any further sensitive information will require an appropriate purpose and handling process.
