Protection of application data
The careers service uses a private resume bucket and database access restrictions. The public website does not offer a directory of applicants or public resume downloads. Submission credentials are held on the server, and the form checks file type, size and required fields.
Security is an ongoing responsibility, not a promise that incidents cannot occur. These statements do not assert an independent security certification or audit.
Send a report
Email contact@actprove.com with the subject Security report. Include the affected public URL, a clear description and minimal steps needed to understand the issue. Use redacted evidence. Do not include credentials, complete applicant records or other people's personal information.
If you accidentally encounter private information, stop accessing it and tell us how it happened. We will assess the report and determine appropriate follow-up.
Testing boundaries
This page does not authorize penetration testing, denial-of-service activity, social engineering, persistence, access to another person's data or changes to production systems. Request written authorization before any testing beyond normal website use. There is no standing bug-bounty reward or response-time guarantee.
Personal-data incidents
